Enter the mind and imagination of the Dragon for four days in November in witness of a most beautiful festival!
Dragon Dreaming takes pride in nurturing local artists, live bands and DJs while providing an environment suitable for families and children of all ages. Dragon Dreaming Festival is approaching its 10th year and intends leaving all attendees feeling satisfied, fresh and inspired.
MUSIC
Music at Dragon Dreaming is an exploration of sonic sorcery over three stages of non-stop, blistering beats. Expect a journey through genres designed to get you dancing away the banal of life so you can return refreshed and re-energised to take on the world. From psytrance to swing and techno to trumpets, there will be tasty aural treats for everyone to enjoy at any time of day or night.
Dragon prides itself on providing a platform for local musicians and DJs to display their wares and has a tradition of uncovering fresh talent while also providing just a few, choice international acts. Check back on this page closer to the event for full lineup details.

Arts at Dragon Dreaming is a feast for the eyes to nourish the soul. Immerse yourself in sensory delight all around the festival grounds as you wander among random acts of creativity. From large-scale installations to art galleries and outdoor cinema, arts are a pivotal focus of the weekend and we encourage you to explore to your heart’s content.
Delve into the daring, the divine and the delicious eye candy brought to you by artists from all around the country who are prepared to share their innermost soul with yours. Connect and be inspired!
We ask all attendees over the weekend to please respect artists and their offerings. Unless otherwise signed, do not treat decor as climbing equipment, footballs or free samples to take home.

LIFESTYLE
Dragon’s lifestyle village is designed to incite, invigorate and inspire the mind, heart and soul. Wake up to morning yoga or in afternoon workshops convened by a variety of speakers on a vast array of topics before enjoying a healing massage. Children, and those rediscovering their inner child, can enjoy a full program of fun activities as well.
